Teaching: Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!). Teaching is your job, you need to love what you do, so you need to love to teach! This will be your biggest priority! Leadership: Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff. As Program Director your most important role is leading the curriculum for your team!
