Job Purpose The Executive Director, Kamalei Support & Healing leads the strategic direction, design, and execution of direct service programs to improve outcomes for beneficiaries (kamalei) and their ʻohana. This role ensures programs are culturally grounded, data-informed, and aligned with LT’s long-term vision, while driving quality, innovation, and organizational effectiveness through strong partnerships, talent leadership, and integrated systems of care. Essential Responsibilities: Strategic Development: - Designs direct services program goals and objectives aligned with LT’s strategic plan; monitors and reports progress. - Develops a 3-5 year strategic roadmap aligned with LT’s 25-year strategic plan. - Leads the development of innovative service and engagement opportunities, using data, feedback, and cultural values and practices as compass. - Evaluates and strengthens Quality Assurance models to review practice, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement. - Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with public and private agencies to support integrated, multidisciplinary systems of care. - Partners with program leadership to implement systems that measure and trac...
