Director of Technical Services

Summary The Director, Technical Services, is responsible for launching, leading, and growing Willdan’s technical services national business. This role focuses on helping organizations get more out of the facilities and assets they own, operate and/or maintain by optimizing air, power, water, and HVAC systems, and aligning solutions with clients’ internal goals, including sustainability, which includes comprehensive commissioning and retro-commissioning services. Forward looking, this could also include light O&M style services such as HVAC filter replacement & maintenance, light electrical and controls upgrades, etc. The Director owns strategy, offering development, go‑to‑market, and delivery oversight for a portfolio of Assess–Improve–Sustain services that deliver healthier, lower‑cost, and more reliable building performance.
