Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to work to further the mission of the Salvation Army and to serve seniors at the LA Silvercrest in the capacity of property manager Essential Functions: - Implements the procedures and tasks of building management as outlined in LA Silvercrest Operating Procedures Manual and Salvation Army policies including eviction process. It is imperative that all eviction processing must be coordinated with KTS. - Responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual schedule of work in the areas of property inspection and preventative maintenance, vendor selection and small contracting, unit turn-over and re-leasing, building and grounds safety, property appearance, staff training, and evaluation. - Inspect vacant units, and ensure units are cleaned, repaired, and painted as necessary for move-in. - Assures that rents and...
