We’re seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to join the Workforce Management product team — Zendesk’s AI-powered solution for forecasting, scheduling, and agent performance tracking. In this role you’ll build intuitive, performant UIs that help customers forecast staffing needs, automate personalized schedules, and give agents clear, actionable insights into their work. Your work will directly improve agent productivity, reduce operational costs for customers, and scale Zendesk’s impact across large contact centers. You will play a vital role on a cross-functional squad, partnering with product, backend, and data teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused experiences that support Zendesk’s company goals around AI-driven customer service and scalable growth.
