Position Description: The Credit & Collections Coordinator is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection and resolution of past due invoices. This role provides support in all aspects of the Credit organization operations and coordinates the credit and collections of all assigned portfolio accounts within assigned Distribution Centers. Key Responsibilities: - Reviews and releases orders on credit hold from assigned Distribution Centers within the parameters of Credit's policies and procedure - Maintain portfolio to support functional metrics such as past due percentage, average days past due, and days sales outstanding. - Maintains contact with Distribution Centers and customers to establish new accounts and monitor existing accounts...
