GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Product Operations Sr Analyst is a key enabler of how our product teams work. This role sits at the intersection of people, process, technology, and data; partnering with product managers, engineers, designers, and researchers to drive adoption of new tools, operationalize process improvements, and lead organizational change. You are a skilled communicator and facilitator who can present confidently to large audiences, influence without authority, translate operational complexity into clarity—using qualitative insights and performance data to guide teams and provide actionable recommendations. - Lead the evaluation, rollout, and adoption of product management (PM) tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Workboard, TargetProcess, and other PM platforms), ensuring they meet team and operational needs and integrate seamlessly with existing systems. - Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance and track user interaction metrics to provide insights and actionable recommendations for performance imp...
