Formulate work schedules and make the necessary assignment to ensure proper support for vehicle maintenance, contractors, special events and any other activity that affects revenue service. Ensures the required level of technical knowledge is maintained by vehicle maintenance employees through on-the-job training, re-training, and re-certification. Monitor, measure and evaluate employees’ work performance and verify that it meets acceptable levels of quality and quantity.
