Job Summary The Supervisor, Environmental Services Worker focuses on Infection Control and Prevention to avoid Healthcare Associated Infections (HAI) by daily rounding areas and assessing proper cleaning, sanitation and hand washing within the organization. Reports to: Manager, Environmental Services: Job Specific Responsibilities: Daily assignments may include but are not limited to: - Facilitate training and development of environmental services staff - Ensure quality cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas (patient rooms, public, and ancillary areas) - Perform area inspections to evaluate and monitor quality performance, efficiency, customer satisfaction and infection control standards. - Assist in controlling and monitoring all chemicals, supplies, and equipment, maintaining current record documentation - Evaluate, counsel, train, and provide employee engagement for maximum performance - All other assigned duties related to Environmental Services Education and Experience: - High School Diploma or GED - +3 years environmental...
