TSC is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing organization. This role is critical in driving HR strategies that align with business priorities and ensuring a positive employee experience. The Senior HRBP will partner closely with Operations, Program, and corporate stakeholders to execute the company’s HR strategy, foster organizational growth, and provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong, productive relationships across line and program management teams, supporting key initiatives including employee relations, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and succession planning. The successful candidate will independently collaborate across HR and other corporate functions to solve complex challenges, serve as a trusted agent, and align HR strategies with business priorities to ensure a positive employee experience.
