Job description

Efficiently supervise the day-to-day operation of our title storage facility and employees including pulling, receiving, scanning, and shipping titles to meet our key performance metrics on little turn time. Starting salary is $61k; commensurate with experience. A Day in the Life: This role directly supports our vehicle acquisitions and car sales processes. The Supervisor is responsible to adhering to our required timelines to ship titles after vehicles are sold, filing titles when vehicles are purchased and responding to title-related requests via the ticketing system and/or email. This role has an impact on financial performance, government compliance, ABS compliance, operations and customer experience.
