About the role: As a Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll shape the way learning happens inside GoodHabitz. You’ll design impactful development experiences, drive our internal learning strategy, and help our people build the skills they need to thrive today and in the future. From leadership development to AI capabilities, you’ll work closely with managers, HR, and teams across the business to turn learning needs into engaging, scalable solutions.
