Permanent Full Time Reporting to the Team Leader, the Bilingual Administration Service Specialist is responsible for administrative and supportive duties for the department. This role is located in Toronto, Ontario (190 Simcoe Street). What you will do: - Open, sort, process and audit incoming documents and outgoing mail (scanning, indexing, quality checks, etc.) - Distribute email to proper areas from shared mailbox - Review all evidence of insurability forms/applications/etc. to ensure eligibility of coverage applied for - Liaise with internal/external contacts to confirm or obtain information - Send out customer letters - Process orders and invoices for 3rd party service providers - Maintain inventory of department supplies What you will bring: The base salary for this position is between $38,700 - $52,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
