Job Title: ETC Strength and Conditioning Coach Department: Football Development: Location: Various locations across Burnley and Pendle Contract Type: Casual/Zero Hours: Working Pattern: 4 hours per week on a Thursday, on occasions, you may be required to undertake additional duties. Closing Date: Friday, 11th June 2026 Salary: £13.50 per hour: The Role: The ETC Strength and Conditioning Coach will support the Female Football Development Officer (FFDO) to deliver on the Emerging Talent Centre and ensuring our players are physically prepared for training sessions. Roles and Responsibilities: To plan and deliver a physical performance programme aligned to a physical framework to our ETC players. Implement on field conditioning sessions to develop physical qualities related to power, speed, and agility. Deliver strength and conditioning sessions and formal monitoring and evaluation of player performance. Deliver female specific conditioning sessions for players age between 8-16 years that helps injury prevention Planning sessions based off a set framework provided by the Centre Manager.
