SiloSmashers is seeking an experienced business analyst to support our federal law enforcement client with analytical services. SiloSmashers enables our federal client to effectively implement and manage strategic priorities that impact communication, policy, training, workforce development, human resources, recruiting, and hiring throughout our client's Agency. The Business Analyst formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both customer's needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Work Description: · Devise procedures to solve complex problems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirements specifications. · Provide consultation on complex projects while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. · Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
