Position Summary: Incumbents in this job perform various tasks that include preventative maintenance, grounds maintenance, housekeeping, meeting set up, construction, remodeling, and building repairs. This is a labor position with specialized certificates and/or years of experience in facilities maintenance as described in the sections below. Assists licensed and maintenance employees as needed. May be asked to help custodial staff’s work as need arises, and other duties as assigned. Starting Pay: $54,759 - $75,294, depending on experience. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday-Thursday. Position participates in a rotating on-call shift.
