Job Highlights We are seeking multiple motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Co-ops to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the specialty chemicals industry, specifically with Lubricants and Lubricant Additives Industries (LAB). This role will work with Product Management, Supply Chain Management and/or Business Development, working on impactful projects that drive cost savings, identify new market opportunities and enhance internal chemical asset and financial performance. - Support Product Management in analyzing product performance, strategies and market trends. - Assist Supply Chain Management with inventory optimization, cost-reduction initiatives and monthly reporting. - Collaborate with Business Development to research and evaluate growth opportunities in emerging markets. - Prepare and maintain monthly performance reports on chemical assets and financial metrics. - Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and profitability. - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and recommend actionable insights. - Contribute to presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
