Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Infrastructure, Real Estate, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 14 years of experience leading negotiations within the real estate, capital projects, infrastructure, or data centre industries. Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing, mentoring, and scaling specialized teams of industry experts, with a focus on fostering a culture of commercial excellence and business development. - Experience cultivating high-level relationships with government bodies, utility providers, and regulatory agencies to advance infrastructure agendas. - Knowledge of the European energy sector and data center market dynamics. - Ability to act as a "market visionary," moving beyond standard market offerings to innovate and develop custom infrastructure solutions. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Public Policy to drive strategic clarity in ambiguous regulatory environments.
