Quality Inspector

Job description

None. Will support and lead EOL inspectors - Duties and Responsibilities - Support a variety of manufacturing operations using various quality tools and techniques such as inspecting, gathering data, containment, problem solving, help implement problem resolutions and follow up on actions. - Will use a variety of measuring tools, documentation, audits, capability studies, lead improvement projects, and exercise independent judgment based on facts/data. - Performs work at a level consistent with Transcraft standard practices and follows all Safety standards/policies. - Must be willing to work flexible shifts/hours as required. - Will report to the Quality Engineer, Quality Manager or department head. - Supervisory Responsibilities Qualifications: - Must have good written and verbal communication skills. - High School degree or G.E.D equivalent. - 2 year associate degree or better, or ASQ Certified Quality Tech preferred. - Minimum of 3 years prior quality experience preferred. - Detail oriented, work with facts/data to make sound decisions, self-motivated, can lead and be an example for others.
