In this role, you’ll translate product vision into execution-ready JIRA stories, keep the backlog healthy, and validate functionality as it’s built—helping teams ship customer-facing improvements with speed and quality. Job Summary: As a Senior Product Analyst supporting the Card Acquisition product on Chase.com, you are trusted to bridge product intent and engineering delivery to enable stable, scalable releases. You own backlog readiness and JIRA hygiene, translate epics into executable stories with clear acceptance criteria, and provide ongoing clarification to keep delivery moving. You also test functionality as it’s built, track issues to resolution, and ensure delivered capabilities meet expected outcomes.
