About the role Join the team at RAM Equipment, a trusted name in earthmoving equipment hire and sales. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives on delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships with our valued clients. Based full-time at our Richmond, SA office, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—whether it’s over the phone, via email, or in person. Your role will be key in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our sales and hire team. A background or understanding of the construction or civil industries will be highly regarded, as it helps you speak our customers’ language and understand their needs.
