Brand Ambassador / Service Pros Auto Glass Service Pros Auto Glass is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside partnered automotive dealerships. This role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and coordinating windshield replacement services for dealership customers. If you enjoy talking with people, working in a team environment, and earning commission on top of hourly pay , this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company in the automotive services industry. This is a W-2 employee position. Compensation: Schedule: - Additional commission opportunities - Top performers can earn $1,000 – $2,500 per week - Weekly pay - Monday – Saturday - 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM - 40 hours per week (±2 hours depending on business needs) - Lunch break provided Qualifications: Benefits: Employees are eligible for full company benefits after 90 days of employment , including: Employees are also eligible for FMLA benefits after 90 days of employment , in accordance with company policy and federal guidelines.
