Our mission is to provide hope, healing, and healthcare to everyone. Our Intake and Access Team is currently looking for an Access (Intake) Counselor to join the team. This position is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, and referral as well as counseling across youth, adolescents, and adults. This licensed mental health provider will engage as a member of a collaborative team. - Level 1: Bachelor’s Level LSW - Level 2: LPC/LSW/MFT - Level 3: LPCC/LISW/IMFT More specifically, this position is responsible for: - Providing trauma informed assessments and counseling to clients and their family system in the office. - Providing accurate, concise, and concurrent documentation according to program procedures and policies.
