Job Description: Job Summary The Lead Account Management Associate position is a working, senior-level Account Management Associate that assists and supports other Account Management Associates in pursuit of the support of the Account Executive team. This includes consulting with other Account Management Associates on research and resolution of tactical account issues and providing praise and recognition and coaching and feedback for improvement when appropriate. This position liaises with Account Executives and other internal managers and subject matter experts, to ensure the smooth operation of accounts on an ongoing basis. This position will work cross functionally with management/staff of other internal functions and corporate/internal operational support functions.
