About the Role The Consolidations & Reporting Manager is responsible for building, owning, and continuously improving the Group consolidation and external reporting function. This role takes the current consolidation process, which is manual, fragmented, and error‑prone, to a modern, automated, well‑controlled process that delivers reliable numbers, defensible analysis, and audit‑ready documentation. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a strong technical accounting foundation, significant exposure to auditors, and close day‑to‑day interaction with FP&A and local finance teams across the Group. Tasks: Build and professionalize the consolidation function Design, implement, and own a robust Group consolidation process under IFRS, including eliminations, equity accounting, FX, and complex group structures. Drive the transition from spreadsheet‑driven consolidations to a controlled, scalable, and automated consolidation and reporting environment.
