The Mission: As the Chief of Staff - Technology you will serve as the primary strategic advisor and "COO of Technology" for the CTO of Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS). In a $2.9B division where technology is the product, you will bridge the gap between long-term vision and high-velocity execution. You are responsible for orchestrating a global engineering organization to deliver world-class outcomes, ensuring the technical roadmap is synchronized with enterprise growth targets and the evolving AI landscape. This role will sit in St. Louis, MO and is expected to work from the office in Maryland Heights, MO. This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support. This position is not open to third-party vendors or C2C.
