Join us as a Transformation & Change Manager This is an opportunity to be instrumental in delivering simple, quicker and more sustainable outcomes for the business and our customers We’ll be asking you to design and implement transformation and change projects across Coutts Private & Wealth, in line with our overall strategic direction Expect to grow your network and gain significant exposure in this role, as you work with senior stakeholders across Coutts Private & Wealth wider senior management team to steer the strategic vision for Private Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM) This is a remote-first role, so you’ll spend most of your time at home, working with your team digitally and coming into the office twice a month when you need to collaborate closely with your colleagues What you'll do: We’ll be looking to you to drive forward and lead the initiation, design and effective implementation of all aspects of transformation and change in PBWM. You’ll take the lead on all key transformation and change projects and workstreams, making sure that future state plans include appropriate people, location and infrastructure and risks are proactively identified and managed.
