Job Title: Vice President, Leadership Business Partner Department: Executive Reporting to: Chief People & Enterprise Excellence Officer Location: East Coast preferred, with the ability to travel regularly to Brookfield, CT and Shelbyville, KY About the Role: Greenfield is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Vice President of Leadership Business Partners to help shape its enterprise talent strategy and strengthen leadership across a dynamic, growing global business. In this role, you will serve as the primary HR Business Partner for the SC&I Business Unit while leading a small, high -impact team of three Leadership Business Partners supporting Renewable Energy, Distillery & Manufacturing Operations, and Shared Services. The team is intentionally lean, and success depends on the ability to create impact through influence, collaboration, and relationship -building rather than organizational size or hierarchy.
