PART-TIME NIGHTS: The Security Officer 1 (Unarmed Security) are instrumental in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, patients, physicians, students, vendors and visitors by monitoring and patrolling our facilities. Officers demonstrate exceptional customer service while providing assistance with disruptive incidents, emergency services, personal protection and traffic/parking control. Other related duties as assigned. OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school graduate or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Two to three years in a security role, law enforcement or military background. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Requires the ability to obtain, and maintain, appropriate state license/certifications for this position. - Ability to perform continuous physical exertion activities (going up and down multiple flights of stairs, standing and walking for extended periods of time, carrying people in emergency situations, etc.), as needed.
