Position Overview: This position involves partnering with business stakeholders and the Product Owner to document product goals, customer needs, and desired outcomes. The role supports day-to-day execution by clarifying scope, documenting decisions, and helping teams stay aligned on requirements. It takes a "business process first" approach by understanding current and future-state processes before developing solutions. The work includes decomposing processes into capabilities and functional components to support process reengineering and requirements definition. Drafting and refining features and user stories, including acceptance criteria, is done in collaboration with Product and delivery teams.
