Role Overview The Quality Engineering Manager serves as the champion of product quality and customer satisfaction for Power Integrations (PI). This leader strengthens customers’ confidence in PI products by upholding rigorous quality standards, managing customer expectations, and ensuring timely, data‑driven resolution of quality issues. The role requires seamless collaboration across internal engineering teams and the supply base, as well as direct engagement with customers on technical quality matters. Success in this position demands deep semiconductor quality expertise, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in customer‑facing quality roles.
