The Elementary Instructional Coach will focus on individual and group professional learning that will expand and refine the understanding about research-based, effective instruction and student learning. In order to meet this purpose, the Elementary Instructional Coach will provide personalized, 1:1 support through coaching cycles and other personalized, relevant professional development experiences based on the goals and identified needs of individual teachers and grade-level teams, with an emphasis on using data to inform decisions.
