Responsibilities: Process employment and mortgage verification requests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and privacy regulations Utilize HR systems and databases to accurately retrieve and report employment data Serve as a point of contact for external agencies, lenders, and verifiers regarding employment confirmation requests Coordinate with internal departments as needed to resolve discrepancies or obtain additional information Requirements: - Enter new hires, make changes pertaining to pay rates, addresses, job titles, locations, and processes terminations in Oracle, Legacy, and Kronos - Perform variety of office support functions such as generating reports - Assist employees and management with requests and inquiries - Work in...
