Job description

This position is responsible for managing the activities of the technical functions supporting Interventional Urology Operations. This includes leading and managing the Manufacturing Engineering, Controls Engineering, and Maintenance functions. Major Areas of Accountability: - Technical Leadership: Lead and manage engineering and maintenance support team whom are responsible for various production equipment and processes. - Operational Excellence: Ensure the provision of continuous support for all manufacturing processes, emphasizing cost-effective manufacturing and material supply continuity. - Team Development: Provide leadership, coaching, and development for engineering and maintenance personnel. - Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operations, focusing on equipment, processes, and materials validation. - Capacity and Demand Management: Ensure process and machine capacity are effectively aligned with current and future demands. - Cost Optimization: Lead initiatives to drive cost improvement, systematically reviewing product and operating costs to identify and implement cost reduction programs. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collabor...
