The Opportunity As the Functional Lead, Medical & Customer Experience, you will drive enterprise-aligned strategy and high-impact financial decision-making. You are responsible for shaping investments, ensuring resource optimization, and delivering on financial commitments in a high-pressure, agile environment. This role is critical in shaping the customer facing workforce and enabling trade-offs and timely division making for critical transitions in portfolio in the next 5 years. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Serving as the strategic finance lead for Medical & CE, ensuring resources and outcomes align with the CMG strategy. The role will be responsible for influencing and bringing full P&L accountability to the leadership teams of CE and Medical. Moreover, it will be responsible for connecting with Squads and helping drive the right prioritization across CMG investments in CE & Medical (USM).
