The Job Details: · Assist with the designing, planning, and organizing of orientation and training programs for employees. · Responsible for overall knowledge of the various warehouse functions and asked to lead by example. · Ensure and maintain good warehousing practices, safety, customer SOPs, and inventory accuracy while remaining inspection ready. · Uphold a safety culture while abiding by company policy. · Evaluate training needs through consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives. · Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials. · Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills or comply with updated policy or regulation changes. · Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. · Gauge...
