Job description

Location: 85 Greensburg St. Hours: Monday - Thursday8:30 am - 5:00 pm Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (Must be flexible around branch hours) Function : Responsible for profiling customers to determine financial services needs and referring customers to other Line of Business partners when appropriate. Opens loan and deposit accounts. Responsible for achieving individual goals including loan and deposit production and other sales goals as assigned by Branch management. Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent , plus specialized training or a two-year degree. Experience : Two to five years general experience required and specialized preferred. Proves competencies in bank operations by: - Completion of the Sales Platform training as assigned by Consumer Bank Training - Demonstration of product knowledge, sales aptitude, and service expectations in a successful manner. - Execution of the expectations outlined in the Branch Playbook. - CARE certified within 6 months of hire - Profiles customers to determine and recommend appropriate S&T loan and deposit products. - Utilizes all sales tools as provided to enhance the customer experience and sales conve...
