As a Parking Ambassador, you’ll play a vital role in promoting local businesses, ensuring parking compliance, assisting with permit registration and various parking management duties. Duties and Responsibilities: Use technology to monitor compliance with city parking ordinances and enforce parking regulations at the designated parking zones. Practice active listening techniques and excellent customer service skills when engaging with visitors, residents, co-workers, and managers. Demonstrate knowledge of parking rules and regulations when addressing guest questions and concerns.
