$6.05 Per Hour $28.12 Per Hour - Responsible for efficient dealing on a particular game. - Follows approved policies, procedures and regulatory requirements of a particular game. - Initiates and promotes positive customer relations. - Provides Family Style Service at all times. - May perform other duties as assigned. - Supervises table games employees during day to day casino table games operation. - Trains, counsels, monitor performance and conduct of table games dealers. - Responsible to ensure that all casino games employees uphold the Family Style Service model. - Ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, internal controls and NJCCC gaming regulations. - May perform other duties as assigned. - High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. - Trained and/or experienced in a minimum of two casino table games. - Required to perform customer service standards of the department. - Must be knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and respective gaming regulations.
