Senior Demand Planner

Job description

The Senior Demand Planner plays an important role in the success of Regal Rexnord’s Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) for the Couplings division. The position is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, ensuring timely communication to supply and operations teams, and driving continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, collaborative, passionate on process improvement and leveraging forecasting tools and models to support business growth and customer service performance. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a data-driven 18-month rolling forecast to support the basis for financial projections and downstream supply planning. - Leverage demand planning techniques to provide accurate value- and units-based demand forecasts as input into desired stocking levels and driving customer service performance. - Monitor reporting to identify demand shifts, analyze forecast accuracy and access downstream impacts on inventory health and service performance. - Lead monthly forecasting cycle and Demand Reviews within the SIOP cadence – ensuring timely forecast submission with documented assumptions, risks and opportunit...
