Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize our Human Resources Information Systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, improving system functionality, and delivering accurate reporting and insights to support HR and business operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, strong communicator, and critical thinker who is comfortable working with HR technology, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and leveraging tools—including AI—to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and support HRIS platforms, primarily ADP (or comparable systems such as Workday, UKG, etc.) - Configure, test, and implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations - Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data across systems - Diagnose root causes of system or data issues and implement effective, scalable solutions - Partner with HR, Payroll, and other business units to improve processes and system utilization - Generate, analyze, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data insights - Manage user access, roles, and permissions within HR systems - Provid...
