Description Who we are looking for... We are seeking a CEI Senior Inspector who will be responsible for ensuring that the contractor's work on a project is being completed according to project design specifications and FDOT/Client quality standards, including but not limited to the qualitative and quantitative aspects of construction, accurate measurement and payment of work and the proper documentation of all aspects of construction. A CEI Senior Inspector must also be capable of managing lower-level inspectors. The Senior Inspector will be responsible for performing highly complex technical assignments in field surveying, construction layout, checking engineering computations, inspecting construction work, and conducting field tests and is responsible for coordinating and managing lower-level inspectors. The Senior Inspector is to report field activity and progress to the Project Manager/Administrator through field reports and weekly meetings and in a timely manner.
