Job Description: The Quality Engineering role designs, implements, and maintains quality assurance methodologies, controls, and inspection protocols to ensure materials and manufacturing processes consistently meet defined specifications, regulatory requirements, and product quality standards from in‑process stages through final production. Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for handling customer complaints. - Performs investigations with the engineering department. - Follows up with different departments to ensure that corrective actions are taken to resolve customers issues in a timely manner. - Provides status updates to quality manager on work progress. - Works proactively as part of a team to help with continuous improvements in a fast-pa...
