Location: Bristol — Semtech Bristol Design Centre (Bradley Stoke, United Kingdom) Hybrid Model: On-site (4 days per week: Monday–Thursday) Our Team: At Semtech, our Test Engineering team is responsible for enabling the successful transition of advanced analog and mixed-signal ICs from design into high-volume production. We operate at the centre of product development, working closely with design, product engineering, and offshore manufacturing partners to ensure silicon is fully characterised, robustly tested, and production-ready. Our engineers develop scalable ATE solutions, optimise test efficiency, and ensure consistent product quality across global manufacturing sites. This is a highly technical and collaborative environment where engineering insight directly influences product performance, yield, and time-to-market. Job Summary: We are looking for a Staff Test Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimise semiconductor test solutions using the Advantest V93000 platform . You will work across wafer and package-level testing, supporting the full product lifecycle from early silicon evaluation through to mass production.
