Job Description Overview: We are looking for a Consents Manager to lead the strategy, coordination, and delivery of all statutory and regulatory consents required for a major rail infrastructure programme. You will act as the central authority for all consent-related matters, ensuring that necessary permissions are secured in a timely manner, compliance obligations are met, and programme risks are effectively managed. You will work across multidisciplinary teams, embedding consent requirements into design, procurement, and construction activities while maintaining strong engagement with statutory bodies, local authorities, and stakeholders.
