Job description

Pay Range: $73,714.00 - $98,285.00 Provides senior-level, independent oversight and technical expertise in the Real Estate Appraisal Department. Responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of complex appraisal assignments and ensuring compliance with USPAP, Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines, and applicable state and federal regulations. Applies advanced appraisal knowledge and seasoned judgment to evaluate valuation methodologies, resolves complex appraisal issues, and supports sound, risk-based decision making. Serves as a subject-matter expert, mentor, and trusted advisor to lenders, appraisers, and internal stakeholders. Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree and 5 years real estate appraisal experience, including commercial work. - Completion of advanced appraisal coursework (e.g., Appraisal Institute advanced principles, income capitalization, market analysis). - Strong knowledge of USPAP, Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines, FIRREA and applicable regulations. - Proficiency with appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite. - MAI designation or active candidacy preferred. - AI‑GRS designation or in process of achieving the designation pre...
