Under the direction of Supervisor, Transportation, the Lead Transportation is responsible for assisting department leadership with the execution of department operations including ensuring the essential functions of the department are maintained, communicating service issues, safety concerns, training department staff through coaching, mentoring, and leading. Delivering exceptional quality service in alignment with brand standards/expectations for all guests– requiring a high level of professionalism, anticipatory service, and enthusiasm focusing on guest comfort. In this highly visible role, it is imperative that they contribute to the mission and vision by creating a positive and productive working environment.
