Job description

Job Summary: Reporting to an Associate Director of Admission, the Admission Counselors aid in all aspects of the admission process from initial recruitment of prospective students to the review and assessment of applications. In addition to conducting large and small group information sessions on the Rollins campus, counselors travel to meet with students, parents, and guidance counselors. Counselors participate in the admission selection process and host on campus events for prospective and accepted students. Essential Job Functions: - Strategic Recruitment & Enrollment Management - Develop recruitment strategies to target specific student populations - Conduct interviews with admission candidates - Recruitment Events & Outreach - Oversee and participate in special programs and projects - Build and maintain strong relationships with campus partners, venues, and vendors. - Admissions & Prospective Student Engagement - Communicate with prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors by phone and email to guide them through the admission process - Participate in the selection of candidates for admission by reviewing and evaluating applications - Conduct large and small group i...
