Now Hiring a Business Systems Support Trainer for our Corporate Office!! The Business Systems Support Trainer will facilitate Waste Pro Navusoft and Business Systems training to ensure users are proficient and continually develop new skills as product enhancements are introduced. Additionally, this position will support continuous improvement development through the development of curriculum and training materials ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Training Delivery: Lead individual and group training sessions, both in-person and online, for software applications and systems. - Develop Training Materials: Create user manuals, video tutorials, training guides, and other educational content. - Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demos and webinars for clients, stakeholders, or internal teams to showcase product features and updates. - Client Support: Provide software training and troubleshooting support to clients, helping them maximize their use of the product. - Curriculum Development: Work with product teams to update and maintain training content based on product updates or new features. - Assess Learners: Assess the understanding and effectiveness of training sessions, adjusting conten...
