Gold Fields is seeking a Lead Specialist Occupational Health to join the Sustainable Development team, supporting the Australian business while contributing to broader global health initiatives across a leading international mining organisation. Reporting to the Senior Manager Occupational Health based in South Africa, this role offers the opportunity to influence and strengthen occupational health outcomes across a complex operational environment, while working within a collaborative and globally connected functional operating model.
